Mr. Nelson has over 20 years of experience in the fields of infrastructure, corporate strategy, management, operations, business development, and finance. He has a track record of successfully leading companies supporting critical infrastructure in various geographies. Jeff has led various M&A processes and greenfield design-build projects resulting in Tallgrass becoming an industry leader in midstream infrastructure solutions. Prior to forming BNN and joining Tallgrass, Jeff held senior positions at the Bechtel Corporation and other EPC firms.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Management from Wayne State College; with minors in Business Administration & Mathematics. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and LEED Accredited Professional.
Mr. Ritchie has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has been responsible for the execution of multiple high profile oil and gas projects in Europe, North Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Mark has spent the past seven years in North America focused on permanent water infrastructure. As a BNN co-founder, Mark has been involved with all aspects of the companies growth including capital acquisition, M&A processes, and greenfield project execution. Prior to joining BNN, Mark was Global Operations Manager for Halliburton’s Water Solutions Division.
Mark holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, England.
Mr. Gopsill is an experienced executive with specialized expertise in water specific to the energy industry. He brings a complete range of project skills from project inception to design and construction through operations. His experience has included hard bid projects to design, build, own and operated facilities across North America. Eric has more than 24 years of experience in the water business. He has followed a career path that started as a field engineer and progressed through the ranks to Vice President before becoming a Director at BNN. He has built successful project teams to deliver difficult fast paced projects that have maximized client value.
Eric holds a B.S. (Civil Engineering) with minor in Environmental Engineering, from The Colorado School of MinesKevin Kasprzak, P.E. - Director of Engineering
Mr. Kasprzak has over 18 years of experience leading high revenue, highly complex projects in the fields of civil engineering, construction, water resources, and environmental compliance for global multi-billion dollar companies. Kevin manages projects through the entire lifecycle, from design to turnover, including on-site construction and contractual negotiations. Kevin has previously worked at URS Corporation and AECOM.
Kevin is a licensed Professional Engineer and holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
Mr. Cook began his career in the industry in 2005 and has extensive experience in Operational Management, Program and Project Management, and Construction Engineering. Eric has a history of successfully leading technical teams in both greenfield developments and M&A processes in the Energy and Transportation industries. His experience managing assets through their entire life cycle – design, construction, operation – has reinforced the importance of proper coordination and management at all stages of a projects development, in order to successfully deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Eric holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Mr. Ebel has over 23 years of oil field services and capital management experience. He was a co-founder and served as the CEO of Buckhorn Energy Services from June 2011 up to the acquisition by BNN in January of 2018. Prior to Buckhorn Mr. Ebel ran his own company, GLE Resources, LLC, that worked with private investors to develop saltwater gathering and injection facilities in North Dakota, Colorado, and Utah. In addition, he has also served as Vice President of Professional Services for Qwest Cyber Solutions, LLC a division of a Fortune 500 company, and as a Senior Vice President of North American Operations for CIBER, Inc., an information technology consulting company where his primary focus was on the crude oil and natural gas industry.
Gary holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology from Dakota Wesleyan University and later served as the Vice Chairman of the Board for the University.
